Reatinor 801 is an octyl tin mercaptide based stabilizer with a high mono-octyl tin content. It is mainly used for the calendaring and extrusion of rigid PVC. It is particularly suitable for the production of rigid PVC packaging materials to comply with food regulations. It provides excellent initial colour and long-term heat stability with most types of PVC resins. Reatinor 801 exhibits low metal release power. It offers very good clarity. The recommended use level is 0.5-2.5 phr. It is recommended for technical profiles. The shelf life of this product is 6 months.
